SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

 Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing.) usually takes 2-4 business days. Weekend days are not included. This does not include the shipping time frame.)

Shipping time frame 3-10 business days 

 

We do not ship out orders on Saturdays and Sundays. We will ship out the following business day.

Shipping arrival dates for orders are from the time the order has shipped, not from the time order was placed.

 

When you order multiple items, they may be shipped out separately and arrive in separate packages or all together.

 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, or lost, stolen, or damaged items delivered by the carrier.

 You will receive tracking information when the order has been shipped.

Please allow the USPS 24-28 hours for the tracking status to update. (We will not track your package for you.)

 

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

Please do not reach out regarding tracking unless you have not received items within 7 business days from the time your package has shipped. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

No refunds or exchanges unless it was a store error.
