Refund Policy

*All Sales final NON-Refundable.

* Items cannot be returned after 7 Days of item/items being delivered.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items back to us. It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange or store credit. 

* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). If item/items are in the process of shipping.

* We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue credit without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Damages and issues

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will need to place a claim with the USPS for all broken items, due to shipping.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
You can only exchange items for store credit. (Must be in original condition.) Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items back to us. It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange. 


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll get store credit for your items.
